In which cases do I need a redeem code to activate my account?
If you have placed an order for the monthly or yearly plan, no redeem code is required to complete the activation process. Use the email address and password to login to the software and your account will be automatically activated. For perpetual licenses, a redeem code is needed. When you successfully pay for the plan, we will send you the order details and necessary information in 10 minutes.
If you fail to receive any email, it may be caused by a network delay. In this case, please contact us via email.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. You can contact us to end your subscription plan whenever you want. However, once you cancel it, we will not renew your account and will disable all features after the current subscription plan expires.
