After you download the .dmg file on your Mac, go to the Downloads folder and click the file you just downloaded.

Click "Install" to complete the installation.

SwifDoo PDF will open automatically. You can use it then.

Logging into SwifDoo PDF for Mac is very simple:

• Click the "Log In" option in the top right corner.
• If you already have a SwifDoo account, just enter your email address and password.
• If you don't have a SwifDoo account, enter a valid email address and log in using the verification code sent to you.

(Note: Since SwifDoo PDF for Mac is completely free, all features are available and fully accessible whether you log in or not.)

The first way to open a PDF in SwifDoo PDF for Mac is to drag the file from Finder and drop it into the interface.

Another way to import the file is by clicking the "Open File" button and selecting it from Finder.

Open the document you want to read using SwifDoo PDF.

Use the following reading tools:

• Zoom In/Out: Adjust the zoom level to fit your needs.
• Zoom Options: Options include Actual Size, Fit Page, Fit Width, and Fit Content.
• View Options: Choose between Single Page, Single Page Continuous, Double Page, Double Page Continuous, and Cover Page.
• Rotate View: Click to rotate the view left or right. Note that this rotation only affects the view, not the page itself. The view will return to normal when you close and reopen the file.
• Full-Screen Reading: Click to enter full-screen mode, maximizing the page content.

SwifDoo PDF allows you to create PDFs from various file categories:

From File: Convert existing documents such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files into PDFs directly from your device’s storage.

From Photos: Create a PDF using images from your photo library by selecting one or multiple images and converting them into a single PDF document.

Create Blank: Start with a blank PDF document where you can add annotations, or drawings, giving you a versatile tool for custom document creation.

SwifDoo PDF for Mac offers a range of annotation tools, including highlight, underline, comment boxes, and drawing tools.

Launch the SwifDoo PDF and click the ‘Open File’ button to select the PDF you want to annotate.

Using Annotation Tools:

• Highlight: Select the 'Highlight' tool, then drag the mouse to highlight the desired text. You can adjust the color and style of the highlight.
• Strikethrough, Underline, Squiggly Line: Select the corresponding tool and apply it to the text.
• Pencil: Select the 'Pencil' tool, and use it to draw annotations. The cursor will change to a crosshair.
• Eraser: Select the 'Eraser' tool to remove pencil annotations. The cursor will change to a circle.
• Text Annotation: Select the 'Typewriter' tool, click anywhere on the page to add a text box, and enter your comments.
• Shapes: Click the Shapes dropdown menu to add shapes or hand-drawn content. For example, choose the 'Rectangle' tool, click and drag to draw a rectangle, and adjust color, line thickness, etc.
• Sticky Note: Click to add a sticky note. The sticky note icon will appear at the cursor location, and you can place it anywhere on the page.
• Stamp: Select a stamp and click on the page to add it. Stamps cannot cross pages and include Standard Business, Sign Here, Dynamic, and Image Stamps.

Launch the SwifDoo PDF and click the ‘Open File’ button to open the PDF you want to print.

Once opened, click the print icon in the top-left corner or press Command+P to print the document.
